When the Annual MCA bonspiel kicks off tomorrow, Rob Atkins will be one of the competitors despite the fact that he expects it to be a busy weekend for his Atkins Curling Supplies business. Atkins has never missed the bonspiel since he started curling and wasn't prepared to start now, even though he has a new business plan for the weekend. Missing the party atmosphere of the days when the curlers all met at the International (Victoria) Inn, Atkins is moving his business for two days to FourPlay Sports Bar opposite the MTS Centre on Portage Avenue. He promises plenty of bargains and is sure the atmosphere & hospitality will be great, as well.
