Canola Juniors Award Winners Announced

Taylor Maida, third of the Rebecca Lamb-Stonewall team has been named this year's recipient of the Susan Galbraith Award for Sportsmanship at the Canola Junior Women’s Championship. The Award is voted each year at the championship by the players themselves. Dale McEwen, coach of the Sydney Arnal-Dauphin team was named this year's recipient of the event's Asham Coaching Excellence Award.
 
Skip Derek Blanchard of the Derek Blanchard-Assiniboine Memorial team has been named this year's recipient of the Susan Galbraith Award for Sportsmanship at the Canola Junior Men’s Championship. The Award is voted each year at the championship by the players themselves. Tom Clasper, coach of the Joey Witherspoon-Fort Rouge team was named this year's recipient of the event's Asham Coaching Excellence Award.
